3. Counter-Notifications

  • Signature

Roxom may restore the content if the original claimant does not initiate legal action within the corresponding timeframe.

4. Repeat Infringer Policy

Roxom may suspend or close accounts of users who repeatedly infringe intellectual property rights (DMCA 17 U.S.C. §512(i)).
