These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of the Roxom website and applications ("we", "our"). By using the site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use Roxom.

Use of Roxom requires being 18 years of age or older, or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction.

2. Account & Authentication

2.1 Supabase & Google Sign-In

Access to personalized features (such as Profile customization, Interface settings) requires authentication. We utilize Supabase as our backend service and Google OAuth for identity verification.

By signing in, you authorize us to retrieve your basic Google Profile information (Email, Name, Avatar) to create your user record. We do not have access to your Google password or other private data.

2.2 User Preferences

You may customize your experience (e.g., choosing a "Market View" or "Casual View"). These settings are stored associated with your user ID to persist across sessions. You agree that this data is stored for functionality purposes.

2.3 Account Responsibility

You are responsible for:

• Ensuring your Google Account remains secure.
• Logging out from shared devices.
• Notifying us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Roxom session.

3. Prohibited Conduct

The user may NOT:

• Use Roxom for illegal activities or market manipulation
• Perform scraping, bulk data extraction, or unauthorized use of APIs
• Disseminate offensive, defamatory, or illegal content
• Interfere with technical systems or site security
• Create fake or multiple accounts for abuse

4. Intellectual Property

All content (news, data, graphics, logos, design, and software) is the property of Roxom or its licensors. Protected by:

• DMCA – 17 U.S.C. §512
• Copyright laws (USA, EU, LATAM)
• International intellectual property treaties

The user may not reproduce or redistribute content without authorization.

5. Financial Information and Market Data

Prices, charts, analysis, and market widgets are provided for informational purposes only.

We do not guarantee that the data is accurate, complete, or error-free. Delays, inconsistencies between exchanges, and technical failures may occur.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Roxom shall not be liable for:

• Financial losses
• Investment decisions
• Data errors
• Service unavailability
• Indirect or consequential damages

The user accepts to use the information at their own risk.

7. Suspension and Termination

Roxom may suspend or close accounts for:

• Violations of these Terms
• Security risks
• Fraudulent activities
